What does not need outside temperature cement to set properly?
I have an outdoor project to finish here in New England to launch a concrete "pad" a few inches thick, and some cement filling elsewhere. How concerned I must be in cold temperatures?
Yes, all the time above 32 is very good. In all reality, the slower concrete cures, it becomes difficult. After a fixed real, cover with a layer of plastic sheeting and insulated.
