It Penang: The Sanctuary

Each condominium unit covers the entire floor. Five rooms with two generations of a family can live together easily. The built area is 6000 square meters per unit. Lifts are granted to private owners of each unit and covered parking for cars.
Among the public services available in the area is Dalat International School, Penang Swimming Club, Mount Miriam Hospital and TAR College. A hypermarket, a food court and a local mall are also around the corner. To go to Georgetown, it takes about 15 minutes and 35 minutes Penang International Airport. The distance is not far from all.
The Gurney Paragon
The Gurney Paragon is a benchmark for the future. In the construction process.
