Camping should be spontaneous, fun and relaxing. However, to relax and enjoy that spontaneity, advance planning is a necessity.
Camping has been a tradition over 100 years, yet was camping, not so much as just living in nature for a while. In the 1940s, the site has started to become a truly popular form of vacation. But as the post – the economy of the Second World War and the improvement of systems developed road camping off as a hobby and relax spontaneously.
However, at present, with the arrival of recreational vehicles and advancing the field of technology has experienced very strong. The result? Many campers to get a limited role in certain weeks of the year to a limited number of campsites.
As more and more of Camp Good navigational challenge of camping, camping trade increased to meet the need, but there are limits to economic constraints (many camps are not profitable enterprises). The number of desirable spots outside the national and state parks are limited, too. There is only so much of a landscape around.
So back to the first thought "Camping should be spontaneous, fun and relaxing. To accomplish this step, the first time in the planning your camping trip is deciding when and where to go, then make a reservation. There are hundreds of places online to do so. Two are ReserveUSA href = "http://www.reserveusa.com)"> (http://www.reserveusa.com) and the National Park Service Reservation Center (http://reservations.nps.gov).
How to book a nice cruise, you must book at least three months before and, to the best places, maybe even a year or more. Rooms at the famous Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite, often require booking two years in advance. It is quite extraordinary, considering that the cheapest room is $ 350 per night.
Once you have a confirmed reservation, you can prepare your packing list. You could throw everything in the RV and take off. However, chances are that you go through high essential.
You need a team well stocked with first aid. You should spend time reviewing the list of common toxic plants for the location chosen and the warnings of wildlife in the region. The bears are common in some areas, feral cats in the other.
Make a complete list: the tents, bags, clothing, tools, kitchen, lighting, … appropriate for the place and time of year. This list will be at least four columns a page full of things, if only to strike the bases.
Investigate road closures, especially if you plan a camping trip in winter. The floods, landslides rocks, snow avalanches, ice and other problems are quite common.
As the travel date approaches, review time. Most camping areas are in the mountains or outside urban areas. These areas tend to have less predictable weather, sudden storms with showers, etc., but you can have a good idea of what is likely to carry anyway. Pack accordingly.
Plan carefully before and be better able to relax and forget about controlling events during the trip.
